Cancellation

Sending a request is free. Once we confirm, pay a 30% deposit; the balance is due by the date shown at checkout. If you book close to arrival, you pay in full at once. All payments are charged in VND.

Do I need a visa to visit Phu Quoc?
Most foreign visitors can stay on Phu Quoc visa-free for up to 30 days when they fly directly into Phu Quoc International Airport (PQC) from abroad and stay on the island. If you enter Vietnam through Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City first, the usual Vietnam visa rules apply.

How soon will I know if it's confirmed?
We check with the hotel and confirm within 4 working hours (8:00–22:00 GMT+7). Nothing is charged until we confirm.
How much is the deposit, and when do I pay the rest?
A 30% deposit once we confirm. For a 19 Nov 2026 check-in, the balance is due by (GMT+7); we'll send you a payment link.
What if I need to cancel?
For 19–21 Nov 2026, cancel before and your deposit is refunded. From that date, or if you don't show up, the amount paid is non-refundable.
