Jianguo Qianmen Hotel is on Yong An Road in the Tianqiao area, under two kilometres from both Qianmen Street and the Temple of Heaven park. The entrance to the Liyuan Theatre, a well-known evening Peking opera stage, is right in the lobby, so the show is just downstairs. Rooms are classic in style, with brown leather headboards, gold-trimmed bedspreads and crystal ceiling lights, in twin and king layouts.
