Mercure Paris Montmartre Sacré-Cœur is at the start of Rue Caulaincourt at the foot of the Montmartre hill, under 200 m from the Moulin Rouge and about 1 km from the Sacré-Cœur basilica. In the morning you can climb the cobbled lanes to the painters’ Place du Tertre and the Sacré-Cœur, then come back for a cabaret show near the hotel at night. Rooms are styled in red and grey with floral-print curtains that echo the theatrical spirit of the area; a dancer sculpture hangs from the lobby ceiling.
