InterContinental Phu Quoc Long Beach Resort stretches along a wide section of Long Beach, with a main tower and low-rise wings set among coconut palms. It is best known for its striking food and drink spaces, from rattan-domed pavilions by the pool to a rooftop bar crowned by a giant sculpted octopus looking out to sea. Families get kids' facilities, family rooms and an airport transfer service, while grown-ups have the spa, a fitness centre and plenty of places for a sunset drink. The airport is only around 15 minutes away and Sunset Town in the south is about a 20-minute drive, so an evening show is easy to add to your stay.
