New World Phu Quoc Resort spreads out behind Kem Beach in the south, with low-roofed villas tucked among gardens and lagoons, many with a private pool just outside the bedroom. The open lobby, full of natural wood and stone, looks down over a large sea-facing pool. Villas range from one to several bedrooms, so they work for couples as well as families with young children who need their own space: kids have the gardens to explore, and adults have a private pool for lazy afternoons. The beach out front is clear and gentle in the dry season. Sunset Town is about 10 minutes away and the airport around 30 minutes by car.

Cancellation

Deposit and balance
Pay a 30% deposit when you book. Pay the balance by the date shown at checkout — we'll email you a payment link. If you book close to arrival, you pay in full at once. All payments are charged in VND.

How soon is my booking confirmed?
As soon as your payment arrives, Happy Vivu sends your booking confirmation with your booking code by email or WhatsApp. Show this code at check-in.
What does the price include?
Room prices are for your dates and guests and include taxes and fees unless a charge payable at the hotel is shown. Meals and cancellation terms are listed under each room type.
How do I pay?
