KK Sapa Hotel is a 5-star hotel on the south side of the town centre, about ten minutes on foot from Sa Pa Lake and the main square. The broad lobby is laid in pale stone under petal-shaped lights, and rooms feature carved lotus-leaf headboards, rattan chairs and turquoise brocade rugs. Many rooms have floor-to-ceiling glass and balconies over the valley; suites add a separate sitting area, and bathrooms come with a full-size tub. There is a pool, spa, gym, children's play area, family rooms and a fireplace in the shared lounge. A good fit for multi-generation families and guests who want a new, spacious room close to town but quieter than the market area.
