Pistachio Hotel Sapa is a 4-star hotel on Thac Bac Street, on the hillside west of town and facing the valley and the Hoang Lien Son range. Rooms are in dark timber with indigo accents and portraits of highland people, and many have large windows that fill with cloud in the morning. Bathrooms are finished in brown veined stone with tubs, and the balconies have loungers for reading or a pot of tea. There is a pool, spa, dry sauna, gym, bar, restaurant and meeting room, and small pets under 5 kg are accepted for a fee. Lovely for couples and friends who want wide mountain views while staying within walking distance of the centre.

Cancellation

Deposit and balance
Pay a 30% deposit when you book. Pay the balance by the date shown at checkout — we'll email you a payment link. If you book close to arrival, you pay in full at once. All payments are charged in VND.

How soon is my booking confirmed?
As soon as your payment arrives, Happy Vivu sends your booking confirmation with your booking code by email or WhatsApp. Show this code at check-in.
