Village Hotel Sentosa is a 4-star hotel in the middle of Sentosa, a favourite with families who want to stay on the island for less than the beachfront resorts. Rooms are bright with pale timber, many looking down on the complex’s large pool area, and some include a cot and a play corner for children. Bathrooms are tiled in turquoise, with glass partitions separating the shower and toilet in some rooms. There is a pool, a gym, a restaurant, room service and free Wi-Fi; check-in is from 15:00 and check-out by 12:00. Great for families planning two or three days of Universal Studios, the aquarium and the cable car while keeping the room budget in check.
