The observation deck sits at the top of the Lotte Center tower on Lieu Giai Street and is one of the most popular places to see Hanoi from above. Glass walls give views in every direction, over West Lake, the Red River, the Ba Dinh area and the high-rises to the west, reaching far on a clear day. Go in the late afternoon to catch daylight, sunset and the city lights in a single visit. Ticket types and opening hours for each day appear when you choose a date. There is a shopping centre and supermarket in the same building, handy for food and shopping, especially on a rainy day.
