- Indoor activity, ideal for rainy or very hot days
Few people know that Vietnam grows cacao and makes fine dark chocolate. This visit takes you inside a chocolate factory and workshop on Phu Quoc to see how cacao beans are roasted, ground, refined and moulded, and why chocolate tastes different from one region to the next. You will also learn how to tell chocolates apart by cacao percentage, from mild and sweet to deep and bitter. It is indoors and air-cooled, a perfect plan for a rainy day or the hottest hours around noon, and works for kids and adults alike. Visiting times and what each package includes appear when you select a date.
