Ticket conditions
Changes and cancellation
Non-refundable. No date changes or name changes once booked. Combo tickets can't be partly refunded if you don't use every part. Any problem with your ticket at the gate: go to the ticket counter on site, or message Happy Vivu.
When you can use it
VinWonders, Safari and combo tickets without meals: valid from the date you choose for up to 180 days, and no later than 31 Dec 2026. 1-day combo: both parks on the same day. 2-day combo: two consecutive days, one entry to each park. Meal, Fast Pass and Night Safari tickets: valid only on the date (and time slot) you choose.
Children and seniors
Children under 1 m tall go free and don't need a ticket. Senior tickets: show your original ID card or passport at the ticket counter. The height limit for child tickets and the age for senior tickets follow the park's rules at the gate — if you're not sure, ask Happy Vivu before you book.

What to bring
Swimwear and a change of clothes for the water park; a hat and sunscreen; comfortable walking shoes for the Safari. Young kids can rest at Happy City (beds, blankets, pillows).

Can I cancel or change the date after booking?
No. Tickets are non-refundable and can't be changed (date or guest details) once booked. Please check the date, ticket and number of guests before you pay; if you're unsure, ask Happy Vivu first.

My child is 95 cm tall. Do they need a ticket?
No. Children under 1 m go free and don't need a booking.
What do seniors need to bring?

What's the difference between the 1-day and 2-day combos?
1-day combo: VinWonders and the Safari, both on the same day. 2-day combo: two consecutive days, one entry to each park, plus a free Teddy Bear Museum ticket at Grand World; the 2-day option with Grand World adds the daily Grand World tour from 16:30.
