A six-day group tour through Busan, Daegu and Seoul on Vietnam Airlines with 23 kg checked baggage, departing almost every week from late November to the end of March, including the early-spring cherry blossom season. In Busan you visit seaside Haedong Yonggungsa temple and Gaya Theme Park, which recreates an ancient kingdom, see the Hero Painter show and ride the Haeundae coastal train. Day three passes the Gamcheon mural village on the way to Daegu for Hyangchon culture village, Songhae Park and the Keimyung University campus, a popular filming location. From Daegu the KTX high-speed train takes you to Seoul for Gyeongbokgung Palace and the National Folk Museum, followed by Nami Island, kimchi-making and hanbok the next day. The price includes flights, a single-entry visa, international three-star hotels in Busan and Daegu, Korean four-star hotels in Seoul, meals and a tour leader.
Day-by-day itinerary
Day 1 · Ho Chi Minh City – overnight flight to Busan
Meet at the Tan Son Nhat international terminal, where the tour leader checks the group in for the overnight Vietnam Airlines flight to Busan. Night on board.
Day 2 · Busan: Yonggungsa – Gaya Theme Park – Haeundae
Land at Gimhae airport, have breakfast and visit Haedong Yonggungsa, a rare old temple built right at the water’s edge. In the afternoon explore Gaya Theme Park and the life of the ancient Kaya kingdom, watch the Hero Painter show and ride the coastal train above Haeundae Beach. Check in and browse the night market at leisure.
Day 3 · Gamcheon village – Daegu
Visit the hillside Gamcheon mural village in the morning, then travel to Daegu. Walk through Hyangchon culture village, which recreates Daegu in the early twentieth century, Songhae Park and the Keimyung University campus, a set for many Korean dramas. Overnight in Daegu.
Day 4 · KTX to Seoul – Gyeongbokgung Palace
Take the KTX high-speed train from Daegu to Seoul and tour Gyeongbokgung Palace, built in 1395, and the National Folk Museum. Afternoon stops at a cosmetics store and a ginseng centre; after dinner, shop at a duty-free store before returning to the hotel.
Day 5 · Kimchi and hanbok – Nami Island
Morning visits to a red pine oil shop and a produce store, then a kimchi-making class in hanbok. In the afternoon go to Nami Island, different in every season: cherry blossom in spring, maple leaves in autumn and snow in winter. Grilled chicken dinner and back to the hotel.
Day 6 · Seoul – flight home
Check out after breakfast, with free time for shopping at a department store and packing. After lunch the coach takes you to Incheon for the evening flight back to Tan Son Nhat.

It depends on the group and how far ahead you tell us. Ask our team before you pay; change and cancellation terms are stated in your confirmation.
